Lauren Gearing
Founder I CEO
Lauren founded Queenbridge in 2024, having previously served as a Partner in a global search firm, a part of their industrials practice. Prior to that she spent over a decade with another global search firm in their consumer team, having started her career in politics as a researcher in the Houses of Parliament. She read PPE at Oriel College Oxford.
Lauren advises boards and leadership teams across the industrials and consumer space, working with clients to help build diverse and high performing international teams.
Lauren founded Queenbridge in 2024, having previously served as a Partner in

Senior Consultant
Bella is a Senior Consultant at Queenbridge. She joined the firm in 2024 after twelve years in executive search at a leading global executive search firm. She has advised clients across Europe and the Americas, having started her career in International Arbitration with US law firm, King & Spalding.
She read European Literature at university, studying at the University of London and Oriel College, Oxford.
Bella advises boards and leadership teams across the TMT and Financial and Professional Services sectors. In addition, she has deep functional experience placing senior leaders in sustainability, strategy and corporate affairs roles.

she spent over a decade in various management and administrative roles, including positions at Mount St John Sporting, Capita, and Capesthorne Pavilion.
